WHAT TO EXPECT
Every body is different, and your massage should be tailored to you and your needs. Some clients seek to address current concerns; others to focus on old injuries and the corresponding scar tissue; other still simply want to relax. If your ideal is one massage a week or once a month, Maggie will help you develop a plan that works for you. Maggie will answer your questions and discuss your personal health history with you, and together you will find the best ways to reach your goals.
Massage Therapy can be intense, moderate, or gentle--it's up to you. Maggie will check in with you throughout your massage to make sure you are enjoying your deep, medium or light pressure massage. Always feel free to let Maggie know if you'd like more or less pressure at any point during your session!
